By entering the competition, participants declare and confirm that:

• The submitted photos are original and no AI is used.

• The photos you submit must be without a frame or signature.

• All results must remain photo-realistic and editing should always be in the vein of coaxing the best out of a capture rather than creating a new image using the editing process. Broadly speaking. You may use post-capture editing to enhance an illusion or effect, but not create the illusion or effect.

• You are allowed selective manipulation techniques, i.e. non-global adjustments.

• You may retouch minor details flaws like skin blemishes, dust, scratches or distracting scene elements. 

• The photos are free from any third-party claims. Make sure you have permission to use any identifiable people or private property in your photos.

• The photos do not give a false or misleading impression.

• Any additional necessary information or clarifications will be provided by the entrant upon request.

• By entering the contest, you agree to allow BNW_FEATURES to use your submitted photos for promotional purposes on social media, websites and other media platforms, with appropriate credit given to the photographer. 

• Photographers retain full copyright of their work.
